People-first AI for small and mid-sized businesses
Real value from AI within a week. Starting with your people.
A one-week kickstart for small and mid-sized businesses. We work with your team on their own day-to-day work. By the end of the week the first agents are up and running, and you have something solid to grow from.
Where we stand
Your people,
multiplied.
A small team can only do so much in a day. We give each person AI that takes on the routine and amplifies what they are good at, so the same team can take on more.
-
Start with the person
Before any tool comes the person and their week: what they do, what eats time, what they dread.
-
Their ideas, not ours
People back what they designed themselves. So the ideas come from your team.
-
Everyday first
We start with what an AI assistant can already do in a normal working day, and climb from there.
Who it’s for
Built for businesses without an AI team.
Large enterprises have architects and innovation teams. A smaller business doesn’t, and the big consultancies are too expensive and too heavy on strategy for it. Three things tend to hold it back.
-
People are unsure
Staff are hesitant, sometimes worried about being replaced, and nobody wants to be the one who breaks something.
We start with them, on their own work.
-
Nobody can picture it
Generic demos don’t translate. The gap between having tried a chat assistant and having one handle your invoicing is big.
We close it on real tasks, in your business.
-
There is no expert in the building
In a smaller business, AI is nobody’s job. So it waits behind everything else.
For a week it is our job. After that, your people can carry it.
How it works
One week, from first conversation to first agents at work.
-
01
Workshop
The week starts with your people. In a hands-on workshop they work out how AI could improve their own work. There is no separate assessment and no proposal to wait for.
Days 1 and 2
-
02
Build
What they come up with is what we build. The best ideas become working agents: AI that carries out a task for your team from start to finish.
Days 3 to 5
-
03
Live
By the end of the week the first agents are at work in your business, alongside the people who asked for them.
End of the week
-
04
Grow
We keep it working and help you build on it. More agents, orchestration, governance, a managed service and an operating model for AI in your business.
After the week
The week
The workshop is the discovery. The build starts straight after.
We don’t run an assessment and write a proposal. We put your people in a room with their own work, on site, then build what they come up with before the week is out.
-
Before
Getting ready
We agree who takes part and sort out access to the systems we will need, so the week itself is spent on the work.
-
Day 1
Your work, today
Each person maps a normal week: what they do, what eats time, what they dread. Then hands on with AI, using their own real tasks, not exercises.
-
Day 2
Your work, better
Small groups build working versions of their best ideas and show them. Together we choose which ones to build first.
-
Days 3 to 5
The first agents go live
We build the chosen ideas as working agents. The people who asked for them test as we go, and we hand over with a short training so your team owns what was built.
Your tools
We work with what you already have.
Whether your business runs on Microsoft, Google or something else, we meet you there. We start from the tools and licences you already pay for. Often the right answer is to switch on and set up what you own, not to build something new.
-
Microsoft
Microsoft 365 Copilot · Copilot Studio · Power Automate
Where many businesses already work. The assistant inside Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel, and agents built on top of it.
-
Google
Google Workspace · Gemini
Gemini often comes with the Workspace plan you already have. We help your people put it to use.
-
Claude
Claude · Cowork
Strong when people need to think through their own work with an assistant beside them.
-
ChatGPT
ChatGPT
Your people may already use it on their own accounts. We bring that into the open and agree sensible rules for it.
-
Automation tools
n8n · Make · Zapier
The glue between your systems. Some of it can run on your own servers or inside the EU.
-
Your own systems
CRM · Customer service · HR · Finance
Many of the systems you use every day now have AI built in. We set it up so that it earns its place.
Product names belong to their owners. We name them to show where we work, not to claim a partnership.
Data and security
Your data stays yours.
Security is part of the week from the first conversation, not something added at the end. Data and security terms [TBC]
- What we build runs in your own accounts, under your logins and your permissions
- Before the week we agree which data agents may use and where it is processed, including whether it stays in the EU
- Each agent gets only the access its task needs
- Your people leave knowing what is safe to put into an AI tool and what is not
Use-case packs
Somewhere to start.
The workshop finds your own use cases. These four packs give you something concrete to recognise first.
-
Onboarding
Getting a new starter up to speed: the documents, the accounts, the questions everyone asks in their first weeks.
-
Customer service
Answering well without losing the person on the other end: finding the right answer, drafting the reply, summarising the case.
-
CRM optimisation
A CRM people trust, without the admin: notes from calls and meetings captured, records kept tidy, next steps written down.
-
Big data analysis
Asking questions of the data you already hold, in plain language, and getting an answer your team can check.
First clients
We’re looking for our first clients.
nurizon is new. Our first engagements cost little or nothing, because we want to learn what works.
In return we ask for honest feedback and, if it goes well, the chance to write it up. Terms [TBC]
Talk to us about a pilotAbout
Richard and Alex.
nurizon is the two of us. We’ve spent years on cloud and AI programmes for large enterprises. We saw that the biggest unmet need is in smaller businesses, so that is where we are focusing. Credentials wording [TBC]
We think what decides whether AI helps is not the technology. It is whether the people doing the work want it and had a hand in it.
Why nurizon
New horizon, in one word. Not the far horizon of a strategy deck: the near one, the one your team can reach this week. Said “new-rizon”.
